When your child joins our karate & martial arts classes, they're not just filling a spot in an after-school activity. They have the opportunity to gain a lifelong discipline, a supportive peer base, and all the tools needed to navigate their ever-evolving world in a confident and conscientious way.
TINY CHAMPS (ages 3-5)
Our Tiny Champs program introduces the focus and discipline that all martial artists require. These 30-minute classes are held in a fun, structured atmosphere. The classes emphasize:
✔ Focusing eyes, mind, and body to get the most out of the class
✔ Basic punches and kicks
✔ Respect for others
✔ Age-appropriate self-defense attitude
LITTLE CHAMPS (ages 5-7)
Our Little Champs program highlights the lessons learned about focus and discipline in our Tiny Champs classes and introduces new challenges as the classes start to incorporate more of the Modern Martial Arts curriculum. The 30-minute classes include:
✔ Basic forms that encourage memorization and practice
✔ New level of maturity when performing techniques
✔ Anti-bullying techniques, both physical and mental
KIDS BASIC (ages 7-12)
Our Kids Basic classes are our introductory classes for kids 7 through 12 years old. The curriculum in these classes emphasizes goal-oriented achievement and physical fitness with an eye toward black belt. Our Black Belt Training program prepares our students by teaching them:
✔ Attendance- and effort-based achievement
✔ Intense cardio warm-up and strength exercises
✔ Forms that focus on memorization and discipline
✔ Emphasis on physical fitness and proper technique
Martial Arts for Ages 3-12
All of our kids classes aim to encourage discipline, respect for others, and the self-confidence that comes from achieving one's goals.
